4. Data Privacy and Document Handling

We respect your privacy and take it seriously.

We do not store or read any of your uploaded documents.
We do not share any of your data with third parties or external platforms.
We do not train our models using your documents or chat content.
The only data we retain is your chat history (without any attached documents), and your account information (such as email address and password).
All stored data is securely encrypted in our database.
Our infrastructure and database are highly secured to minimize the risk of data breaches or unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its contents (excluding user-uploaded data) belong to us.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect activity that violates these Terms, poses a security threat, or is deemed abusive, without prior notice.

8. Subscription and Billing

If you purchase a subscription, you agree that it will automatically renew every month unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
After cancelation your won't be charged next month but you will get to use for the month you've already paid.

Each of our subscription has a question limit:
For Basic level subscription the limit is 3000 messages per month.
For Professional level subscription the limit is 6000 messages per month.
For Enterprise level subscription the limit is 9000 messages per month.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinDocAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. No Legal Guarantee

The Service provides automated document analysis.
We do not guarantee the legal accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis or information provided.
The Service is not a substitute for legal advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

11. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless to FinDocAI, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
